Understanding the Recruitment and Retention of Indian University Graduates in Japanese Companies
This research is funded through the Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (KAKEN), under the Research Activity Start-up category.
It examines how Japanese companies recruit Indian graduates from Indian universities, focusing on hiring strategies, perceived organizational support, and the social and professional experiences that influence employees’ decisions to remain with the company or in Japan.
